Man, I remember way back in the day when I was still shooting in film, I always had my eye on a modular system from Sinar, I think it was the M system (super old post). Basically, if I remember correctly it was a modular view-camera which had the ability to use digital backs. Big money, but we all have to have dreams right?
Today, I stumbled across a new system by RED camera, and I have just added a new toy to my wish list. Make sure you check out RED camera’s Scarlet/EPIC system.

Wow! That is some gear. My SLR took one look, skulked into the corner an shriveled up into a 1mp p&s. I went to the Red website and spent an hour there. Everything looks like it was machined on an alien lathe. An itch that a spare 100 grand might scratch.
Its a Legpo camera for grownups, albeit with an Aston Martin price tag.
