The first milestone

September 12th, 2008 No Comments

I’ve been running this blog for awhile now, and have been having fun learning about Wordpress, and the world of photography, in particular how the digital revolution has changed the way photography is consumed.  I’ll be honest with everyone when I say that there have been times when I’ve considering packing it in - when I started I figured that blogging was easy :) heh, I couldn’t have been more wrong!

Today, the site passed one of it’s first milestones as it surpassed 100 RSS subscribers according to Feedburner!  I want to send out a thank you to all those folks who have subscribed and find value in the content I have published.

I was thinking today about my long-term goals with the site and thought that I would open it up to the readers of the blog to suggest content that they would like to see on site.  So, if you have any suggestions on what you would like to see either leave it as a comment, or you can contact me directly!

Thanks again everyone!

The new Flickr pool

April 21st, 2008 No Comments

Just wanted to let everyone know that I have created a new Flickr pool for the blog. My plan is to publish two of the best images submitted by the readers a week. Make sure that you include you photoblogs URL in the comments on the images that you post!

Check out the Flick group, and get your images posted.
